An exciting calendar of events is put together each month with activities ranging from cooking classes, afternoon tea outings, museum exhibits and performances, to visits in and around Baku and greater Azerbaijan. We also have a number of interest groups such as the Adventure Seekers, Handicrafts, Bridge, Quilting, and a Book Club among others. Please see below for a schedule of these weekly events.

Charity has always been a driving passion of the IWC. We are motivated by the desire to effect positive change through a range of charitable projects. Over the past 15 years, our focus has been heavily directed towards Azerbaijan’s orphanages. 2011 heralds the launch of the Playground Project. Through our activities, our interest groups, and our charitable ventures, we are a wonderfully diverse group of friends and colleagues who have come together to learn about each other, grow with each other, and to effect positive change.
